Essentially with the courts taking apart the circular argument it was using to protect it's activities in the "war on terror", the administration is open to charges of war crimes.
It's certainly likely that based on the Hamdan decision, that the administration has committed war crimes. Not that they'll ever face any charges.
It amazes me that they tried to impeach Clinton and yet W. is still in office. Not that I like Clinton, but if he's the standard for impeachment, W is way past the impeachment point.
