Judge refuses to dismiss NSA lawsuit

Thank God someone is standing up to this administration and it's ongoing attack on the Constitution.
As much as I may disagree with them, the ACLU is an important counterbalance to administration abuses. Not to say the ACLU doesn't frequently have it's collective heads up it's left-wing butts. However, like mosquitoes, they serve their purpose in the 'circle of life'.
Enough of that analogy, the point is that in this case, the ACLU is right. So is the EFF, but unlike the ACLU, the EFF is right most of the time anyway.

This administration has proceeded with the most voracious attack on the Constitution that the country has ever seen. It's push toward removing the Constitutionally designed balance of the three branches of government in it's favor has been ongoing since the day they used the Supreme Court to steal the election.

I think the reason that they have launched such a blatant, and unashamed grab for fascist power is that the ignorant sheep of a public have let them. People have bought into the specious argument of security over liberty. The founding fathers knew this attack would be used against the citizens and the Constitution and tried to design the Constitution to prevent it. However, "We the people" have stupidly allowed these protections to be carved from that sacred document.

Hopefully these lawsuits and the judges in charge will save the few protections left.

The people need to get off their complacent butts and demand the overturning and removal of all un-Constitutional legislation that has been passed during this administration, beginning with the majority of the PATRIOT Act.
