Bush the Fratboy sex offender?

I wonder how many people across the country have been fired from their jobs or even sued or charged with a crime for doing exactly what the Fratboy-in-chief did to the German Chancellor the other day. This is worse than when he posed with the Japanese Prime Minister with his fly open.
