Here are the headings.
1. Halliburton's Corruption.
2. Iraq's Decline.
3. Abu Ghraib Prison Torture.
4. The CIA's Pre-9/11 Intelligence Failures.
5. HHS's Deceptive Ad Campaign.
6. HHS's Scully Scandal.
7. Government-wide Accounting Problems.
8. Sex Education Misinformation.
9. CAPPS II's Failures.
10. The Real Costs of War.
Now there's certainly a media slant to this list, and I don't agree with the interpretation of all the facts, but I agree with the jist of the facts.
For example number 4 in my opinion was due to intimidation by the administration and supression of the facts.
